TOTAL BODY WORLD Work Out - Feel Good!
In Response to Richard's Story:

Richard is one of those guys that just knows how to give it his all. He just happens to go to the same gym as I do and I've been watching him for months, without knowing much about him. Well, I take that back - I do know he's a kind and helpful person because he just happened to walk into the gym once after I'd kicked my friend Kelly in the face as she was spotting me going into a handstand against the wall. He offered his assistance as a paramedic immediately. I was so grateful for the timing of his arrival that day.
So, back to other things I know (through observation) about Richard. As I watched him working out, I could tell that he was on a mission. He was so dedicated and worked so hard in the gym. As weeks and months passed by, the results were amazing. He was dropping weight quickly and especially his treadmill workouts seemed to be really paying off. His dedication was quiet and consistent but you could tell he was serious. I was inspired and I know that anyone else that paid any attention at all to his efforts should have been as well.
After reading his story up on the board at the gym, I was amazed and even more inspired and knew immediately I wanted to find a way to share it with more people. I'd been working on this website and asked Richard if I could feature his story. I was so honored when he said yes.
Today, I ask those of you that know Richard to send me your responses to Richard's journey and/or the story here. I'd love to post those to my site as well because it's just one of those stories that just really impresses me and I know many of you must have things you'd like to share about him.
